Do I have to tell the visa officer I am pregnant?

You must answer every question you are asked truthfully and completely. There is no general duty to volunteer a pregnancy, but concealing it in answer to a direct question, or giving a false reason for the trip, is misrepresentation — and misrepresentation can carry a five-year bar from entering Canada.

The distinction that matters

Not volunteering an unasked-for fact is different from answering falsely. Officers do ask about the purpose of travel, the length of stay and how it will be paid for, and a pregnancy that shapes any of those answers cannot be left out of them.
