Visa fee funded on approval
An unusual commercial term, and one worth stating plainly rather than burying in a footnote.

Medical records reviewed
Prenatal records are shared ahead of travel so the receiving clinicians in Canada have a history rather than a first appointment at 34 weeks.

Fly to Toronto
Arrival, accommodation, hospital registration, and the months that follow through delivery and the baby's documents.
